Bid Economics Assessment

Know if an RFP is worth bidding, and what to charge, before your team spends an hour on the proposal.

Send one RFP, RFQ or tender. Get a clear bid, bid-with-conditions or no-bid call, with the reasoning and the price behind it.

You walk away with

  • A bid/no-bid decision you can act on
  • The lowest price that still pays you
  • The risks that could sink it

Questions about the services

Do you write proposals?

Yes. We write and manage RFP responses, after a Bid Economics Assessment or on their own when capacity allows. Starting with a review usually gets you more, because it tells you whether the proposal is worth writing, and the review fee is credited if you go ahead.

How are fees set?

Every engagement is a fixed fee agreed before work starts. No hourly billing.

Do you work with US companies?

Yes. Canadian clients are billed in CAD, US clients in USD.

Is my information safe?

Yes. No subcontractors, and never two clients on the same opportunity.

Not sure which one you need?

Send the RFP in front of you. You’ll get an honest first read and a clear next step.
